Description An account of the resource Madera County Library's historic photo collection was dispersed in 1970 when the library moved into the present building. A few photographs of earlier library buildings and library events were retained. The library actively sought photos from individuals, historical societies, schools, businesses and organizations within Madera County. In the process of collecting images for this project, a fledgling historic photo collection was gathered.
